Northern Hardwoods from Gutchess Lumber
At Gutchess, our focus is on producing the highest quality kiln dried hardwood lumber from the Northern region of the United States. The majority of our lumber comes from New York and Pennsylvania areas. We offer 11 species of premium northern hardwoods in a variety of thicknesses and grades. We do not import hardwoods, nor do we buy kiln dried lumber from other manufacturers. Every piece of lumber we produce is dried in our kilns and graded twice, both green and after drying.
Consistency and quality of product are why we say Be Sure it’s Gutchess. Our four band mills produce over 100 million board feet of lumber per year. In addition, we have 5 million board feet of kiln drying capacity which helps ensure inventory availability.
