Our leases are renewable licenses and run from September 1st through August 31st of the following year. For that time, you will enjoy the exclusive recreational rights on the property you lease. Hunt, camp, hike, or just enjoy the woods with your friends and family.

Today Gutchess Lumber owns tens of thousands of acres of forests in the heart of prime northern hardwoods country of New York and Pennsylvania. We selectively harvest forests on 15 to 30-year cycles, maintaining the health of the forest and improving the quality of the timber stands.
