Agreement to Terms

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to new and existing customers of Gutchess Lumber Co., Inc.

• Employees, agents, and partners are not eligible for referral rewards.

2. Referral Process

• Existing customers (“Referrer”) may refer new customers (“New Customer”).

• The New Customer must complete a qualifying first purchase for rewards to activate.

3. Reward Structure

• The New Customer will receive a 5% discount on the next purchase, calculated from the lumber value of their first load (e.g., $20,000 x 5% = $1,000 discount).

• This discount is valid for the very next load only, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• When the New Customer accrues $50,000 in total invoiced purchases, the Referrer receives a 10% discount on their next order.

• The Referrer’s 10% discount:

  • Is valid for one order only;

  • Must be used within 30 days of notification;

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Additional Program Conditions

• Gutchess Lumber Co., Inc. may verify eligibility and withhold rewards in cases of fraud, self-referral, or abuse.

• The Company may amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms at any time without notice.

• Participants are responsible for taxes resulting from rewards.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Any program disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

• The exclusive venue for disputes is the courts of the State of New York.

6. Privacy

• Participant information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By participating in the referral program, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
